أولاً: الحجوزات:

- الحجوزات وعمليات الدفع تتم فقط عن طريق الموقع الإلكتروني أو زيارة مركز أحاجي. عند اتمام الحجز سيصلكم بريد إلكتروني بتأكيد عملية الحجز.

- يتطلب الحجز توفير بيانات صحيحة مثل: الاسم، رقم الجوال، والايميل وموافقتك على استخدامها للتواصل معك، بالإضافة إلى إشعاركم بالعروض والأحاجي الجديدة. في حال كانت البيانات غير صحيحة أحاجي تمتلك كامل الصلاحية في إلغاء الحجز.

- أحاجي تمتلك كامل الحق في إلغاء الحجز في عند نشوء ظروف خارجة عن إرادة أحاجي.  في حال حدوث ذلك وكانت قيمة الحجز مدفوعة، سيتم التواصل معكم لاسترداد كامل المبلغ أو تنسيق موعد آخر.

 

ثانياً: الدفع:

- عملية الدفع الإلكتروني تتم عبر بوابة الدفع الالكترونية [ميسر] بطريقة آمنة للدفع مع تشفير بيانات البطاقة الائتمانية بأفضل وسيلة ممكنة.

 

ثالثاً: الإلغاء:

- يمكنكم استرداد كامل المبلغ إذا تمت عملية الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة من موعد الحجز. أما في حالة عدم الحضور أو إلغاء الحجز خلال أقل من 48 ساعة من موعد الحجز لن يتم استرداد المبلغ المالي.

- أحاجي تمتلك الحق في تغيير أو إلغاء الحجز حتى 24 ساعة من الموعد وفقا لما تراه مناسباً، مع إمكانية إرجاع كامل المبلغ المدفوع.

 

رابعاً: التجربة:

- تجربة أحاجي هي حدث تفاعلي مباشر، لذلك حضوركم في الوقت المحدد يضمن لكم الاستمتاع بالتجربة كاملة وعدم خسارة وقتكم الثمين مع احتفاظ أحاجي بكامل الصلاحية بخصم الوقت المستحق في حالة التأخير.

- التجربة مناسبة لمن هم أكبر من عمر 15 سنة وبإمكان من هم أصغر من ذلك الحضور ومساعدة الفريق بشرط أن يصطحبهم أثناء التجربة شخص راشد ( أكبر من 21 سنة).

- أنت توافق أصالة عن نفسك ونيابة عن الأشخاص الذين قمت بالحجز لهم باللعب على مسؤوليتكم الخاصة وتخلون مسؤولية أحاجي والعاملين فيه عن أية أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة.

 

خامساً: الخصوصية:

- متعة الألعاب التفاعلية بحل الألغاز والأحاجي، اعطِ فرصة لعائلتك وأصدقائك بتجربة مثالية بعدم إفشاء أسرار اللعبة.

- الإلتزام بعدم التصوير داخل غرف اللعب.

 

سادساً: المراقبة:

- جميع الألعاب في أحاجي مراقبة بكاميرات بث مباشر لمراقبة سير اللعب ومنحكم أفضل تجربة ممكنة.

 

 

First: Bookings:

- Bookings and payments are processed online through our website or by visiting Ahaji Center.

Once the booking is completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. 

- It is mandatory to provide precise details including your name, mobile number, and email address. By providing this information, you acknowledge and agree that it may be utilized for communication purposes, as well as for informing you about promotions and new games. Kindly note that if any of the provided information is found to be inaccurate, Ahaji reserves the right to cancel the booking.

- In situations beyond Ahaji's control, Ahaji retains the complete authority to cancel a booking. If you have already made a payment for the reservation and such circumstances arise, we will promptly reach out to you to arrange a full refund or discuss the possibility of rescheduling for a different date.

 

Second: Payment:

- Our website utilizes a secure Payment Gateway [Moyasar] to process online transactions. By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge and agree that the Payment Gateway will handle and encrypt your payment information to ensure its confidentiality and integrity.

 

Third: Cancellation:

- A full refund is guaranteed if you cancel 48 hours before the game. If not, or in case of no show, no refund will be issued.

- Ahaji holds the right to modify or cancel a reservation as deemed necessary up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, you may be eligible for a full refund.

 

Fourth: The Experience:

- Ahaji offers a live event experience. To ensure a delightful experience and avoid any time loss, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your game!

- The experience is designed for individuals aged 15 and older. However, participants below this age can join and contribute to the team's efforts under the supervision of a responsible adult (over 21 years old).

- By making reservations, you agree on behalf of yourself and the individuals you have booked for, to participate at your own risk and to release Ahaji and its staff from any liability for direct or indirect damages.

 

Fifth: Privacy:

- To maximize the enjoyment of interactive puzzle-solving games and experiences, it is essential to maintain the confidentiality of the game secrets. Kindly refrain from sharing any game secrets with your family and friends.

- We kindly request that you refrain from capturing photos and videos inside the game rooms.

 

Sixth: Surveillance:

- To ensure the highest quality experience, all games at Ahaji are equipped with live streaming cameras for gameplay monitoring purposes. This enables us to provide you with the best possible experience.
